This Privacy Policy explains how Mohammed Farhan LLC handles personal information in connection with this website, velaroandco.com, and the VELARO & CO.™ brand ("we", "us", "our").
Who We Are
VELARO & CO.™ is a brand of Mohammed Farhan LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Our business is managed and operated from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Mohammed Farhan LLC operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy (where privacy laws use the term, it is the "controller").

Orders & Purchases
We do not sell products directly on this website, and we do not collect or store payment information, shipping addresses or order details here. Our website links to Amazon marketplaces in the United States (Amazon.com), Canada (Amazon.ca) and Mexico (Amazon.com.mx). Product availability, pricing and delivery are shown on the relevant Amazon listing and may differ by marketplace. Purchases, payments, delivery and order support are handled by Amazon under the conditions of use and privacy notice of the Amazon marketplace you use.
Information You Provide to Us
Contact form. If you use the contact form on our website, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, subject and message.
Email. If you email us directly at mohammedfarhan.llc@gmail.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
We use this information only to read and respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell it. Please do not include payment details, order numbers or other sensitive information in your message. For help with an existing order, please use Amazon's order help.
How Contact Form Messages Are Processed
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our website, which runs on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. To protect the form from spam and abuse, your IP address is used temporarily to limit how many messages can be sent in a short period. Your IP address is not included in the message we receive, and submissions that appear automated are filtered out automatically. Your message is then delivered by Cloudflare's email routing service to our business inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail). We do not keep a separate database or log of contact-form submissions.
Website Hosting and Security
Like any website, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information that your browser sends when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website to you, keep it secure and protect it from abuse. If Cloudflare's security features are active, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example, a bot-protection cookie). These are not used for analytics or advertising. This hosting, security and operational processing is needed to run the website, so it takes place whether or not you allow analytics; it is separate from the optional analytics described below.
Optional Website Analytics (Google Analytics)
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. Google Analytics is off unless you choose "Allow analytics". Until you do, our website does not load Google Analytics, does not set Google Analytics cookies and does not send any analytics data to Google. If you choose "Reject analytics", nothing changes: Google Analytics stays off.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, how long you stay, your approximate location (such as country, region or city, derived from your IP address) and your device and browser type. We also measure certain on-site interactions: clicks on links to our Amazon listings (including the link, its destination and Amazon marketplace, and where on the site it was clicked), clicks on links to our Instagram page, clicks on our email contact link, and whether a contact-form submission succeeded or failed. These records never include your name, email address, subject or the contents of any message. A recorded click to Amazon shows that a visitor followed a link to Amazon; it is not a record that a purchase was made.
We use analytics only to measure and improve our website. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising: Google signals is turned off, our Google Analytics property is not linked to Google Ads, and our website tells Google that advertising storage, advertising use of data and ad personalisation are not permitted. Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.
Google processes Google Analytics data for us under Google's data processing terms. Google states that it processes Google Analytics data as required to maintain and protect the Google Analytics service.
Google Analytics also offers optional account settings that let Google use Analytics data for additional purposes. All four of these optional data-sharing settings are turned off in our account:
- Google products & services: off
- Modeling contributions & business insights: off
- Technical support: off
- Recommendations for your business: off
Turning these options off limits these additional, optional uses. It does not stop the processing that Google needs to provide, maintain and protect Google Analytics, and it does not change how Google itself handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. Links between Google Analytics and other Google products are set up separately; our Google Analytics property is not linked to Google Ads.
You can learn how Google uses information from websites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Google Analytics 4 is the only website analytics service we use. Cloudflare's optional Web Analytics feature (Real User Measurements) is turned off for this website. This does not switch off the processing Cloudflare needs to deliver and protect the website, as described under "Website Hosting and Security", which may include traffic and security information that Cloudflare keeps under its own terms.
Your Analytics Choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you choose "Reject analytics" or "Allow analytics". Both choices are equally easy, and closing or ignoring the banner, scrolling or continuing to browse is not treated as consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Your choice is remembered in your browser for 180 days, whichever option you choose. After 180 days we ask again. If your browser does not allow the choice to be stored, we ask again on each page, and Google Analytics stays off unless you allow it on that page.
If you withdraw your consent, our website stops Google Analytics, tells Google that analytics storage is no longer permitted and deletes the Google Analytics cookies that our website can access in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not delete analytics data that Google has already received; that data is kept as described under "How Long We Keep Information".
Cookies and Browser Storage
- velaro_consent (browser local storage, set by us): remembers your analytics choice for 180 days. It is strictly necessary to respect your choice, is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us or anyone else.
- _ga (cookie, Google Analytics): distinguishes visitors. Set only if you allow analytics; expires after 2 years unless you delete it or withdraw consent.
- _ga_0E6Z6NGNBC (cookie, Google Analytics): keeps session state. Set only if you allow analytics; expires after 2 years unless you delete it or withdraw consent.
- Cloudflare security cookies (if any, for example __cf_bm): strictly necessary bot protection, set by Cloudflare only when its security features require it; __cf_bm expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
You can also block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our website does not change its behaviour in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and it does not currently process Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Analytics never runs unless you allow it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Apart from Google Analytics (only if you allow it, as described above), we do not allow other parties to collect personal information about your online activities on our website over time or across different websites.
Service Providers and Other Recipients
We use a small number of service providers to operate this website:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, security, and delivery of contact-form messages;
- Google LLC: Google Analytics (only if you allow analytics, as described above) and Gmail (our business inbox).
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users or others.
International Processing
Mohammed Farhan LLC is registered in the United States and our business is operated from India, where we access and respond to your messages. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they or their sub-processors operate. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, including in countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on the data processing and transfer terms offered by our service providers. You can contact us for more information.
How Long We Keep Information
Website contact-form inquiries and related correspondence. We keep messages submitted through our website contact form, and replies directly related to those messages, for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, maintain appropriate business records, handle disputes or claims, and meet applicable legal obligations. We review whether records remain necessary and delete or appropriately restrict records when they are no longer needed, subject to applicable legal requirements or preservation obligations. We do not apply a fixed 24-month retention period to these inquiries. Messages deleted from our mailbox may remain for a limited period in our email provider’s trash or backup systems under its own retention practices.
Other business emails. Correspondence unrelated to website contact-form inquiries, including Amazon, supplier and other business communications, may be subject to different retention needs and legal obligations. This website policy does not promise a uniform retention period for those records.
Analytics. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics keeps event-level and user-level data associated with cookies or identifiers for 14 months; this period restarts when a returning visitor is active again. Aggregated reports that do not identify you may be kept longer.
Your analytics choice. Stored in your browser for 180 days.
Your Privacy Rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, and you can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time with "Cookie settings". Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional rights:
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: where data protection law such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies, you may have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
- Mexico: where Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties applies, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition ("ARCO" rights) and revoke your consent by emailing us your name, a way to reply to you and a description of your request.
- Canada: where Canada's federal private-sector privacy law applies, you may request access to and correction of your personal information, and you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- United States: if a U.S. state privacy law applies to us and gives you rights, such as rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information, you can exercise them by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email mohammedfarhan.llc@gmail.com or write to our postal address above. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may be unable to identify analytics data that is not linked to you. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies to your request; where no law sets a time limit, we aim to respond within 30 days.
Questions and Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Third-Party Links
This website links to Amazon marketplaces (Amazon.com, Amazon.ca and Amazon.com.mx) for purchases and to our Instagram page. When you leave our website, the privacy policies of those sites govern any information you provide there.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from minors where the law requires parental consent. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will make them clear on this page before they take effect.
